Dealer install amp and sub or my local shop?

Im waiting on a 2021 195s. With the wetsounds that come with the boat Im going to leave them there for now. My plan is for a single amp to push the 2 pairs of speakers that are there, add 1 sub and an extra battery. I know the quality of work is good at my local stereo shop. They have even done a couple yamaha boats. My concern is the dealer install, i do not know their quality of work, and i want to consider any warranty issues with not dealer installed stuff. I guess my question is if the dealer does it am i covered for any warranty issues? and what if my local stereo shop does the install?
