Decon wake boat with only one hose?

Team hope you can help. Here in CO we have to recon the boat when going from one lake to another. Can’t seem to figure out how to allow the bags to take on water without the engines running. Engines can’t run because they only have one hose and that is for the bags. Any ideas?
