Direct replacement for '11 242 OEM stereo unit?

Does anyone know what would be a good direct fit replacement for the stereo unit that came with the '11 242? Mine will not stay closed and I am not a big fan of it.

Also, are the speakers a simple replace as well?

What brand is the HU? The biggest challenge is usually finding one that works with the remotes elsewhere in the boat.

Speakers are easy to replace...you might have to drill new holes for the screws...but that is it.

It is the stock unit that came with the boat. In fact, its obsolete now and cannot even be ordered. It still works but the hinge is busted on the flip down and it just isnt very functional or user friendly. I would rather have one that I can use bluetooth with from my phone. Here is a pic:
