Not I. I just got to the windy Keys down in Fl and realized I don’t have any rods on the boat but a 5’ with a Penn 80. A little sticker shock looking at new rod and reels.

Well..... hopefully you can find some after Christmas/ New Years sales!
FWIW... I recently bought a medium 7’ Ugly stick, Pflueger series 40 reel, 300 yards of power pro 10# test for under $100. I have three of those Pflueger reels and they are all working great.
I was looking at this system myself, and I also sent a message to the Gemlux folks as they have great stuff and it doubles as an aft shade as well. Their base model is found here. I will be chatting with them tomorrow or the day after to see how it could work with the canvas T-top... but so far those were my options!

Right on..... well the outrigger set up with the hard top / day shade set up is very cool! keeps your fishing area clear of poles that you’d have to pass your rod around. The out riggers could also be a good addition to my rig!
Please let me know what you find out!
I‘m also considering the JBP hard top upgrade, it’s a grip $ but may be well worth it.
Will do! Yeah I looked hard at the hard top upgrade, but will definitely have to wait for a year at least after the initial hit on the boat purchase and all the adds
If Gemlux have a way to make their system work with the t top, I would most likely go with that for the reasons you mentioned!

Very good... I’m kind of, pardon the pun, in the same boat with adding more stuff. The down riggers I want to get so I can put lures / bait right where I see the fish.
i will say the Solix and the Ulterra troller are some pretty awesome equipment.
Id think you could add a cross brace on the bottom side of the rag top to mount the out riggers to... let us know what you find out!
