Drilling / Mounting Sub Enclosure In Aft Port Storage Area

Hello I have a 2022 195S. I would like to mount a Wet Sounds ZERO 10 Sub Enclosure Under the seat in the aft port side storage area. The kit contains 2 mounting brackets that can be used to secure the enclosure. Is it safe to drill and mount into the floor here? What is under this area?
