So I need to replace a bilge blower motor in. 2007 Utopia SE. It’s naturally in the engine compartment, in a not so convenient spot up high. I understand I would drill the Rivet heads off and the bracket and motor should fall free. But isn’t part of the Rivet then still embedded in the fiberglass. They don’t go thru and thru so I can’t push that part out the other side. Not sure how I get the rest out. Once/if I do, can I put a new Rivet into that same cavity/hole to remount the bracket? I am using an exact replacement blower assembly. Lastly, I have two blowers. Is the other one likely not far behind to fail?
