Drive Seat Issues

I have a 2009 230 Limited S and i am frustrated with the driver seat. I am continuously locking the seat from moving back and forward and it does not lock. Is anyone else having a similar problem and any suggestions for rectifying this very annoying problem? Other alternative is to replace the seat
