Im sure some of you have seen this some may not have. My buddy from Florida introduced me to this wicked surf trainer. Its called an Ebb & Flo. I gotta say when you have spare time off of the water this thing can really hone in some balance and improve your surf and foil-surf skills! It really helped me on the foil! In the photos you will see that we have it on carpet for me...it slows down the roller under the board. I tried on solid ground once... had to call off the ambulance once I gained consciousness again! LOL J/K but it is ridiculously difficult on a solid floor at first.
Very cool trainer, check it out!
