I have a 2004 AR 230 Yamaha jet boat, I have to replace the ecu’s in both engines, I removed the ECU(with the old ECU removed) the engine cranks. once I add a new ECU the engine does not crank over(I thought maybe I had a bad ECU) I reinstalled the old ECU and the engine still does not turn over. I removed the ECU completely in the engine cranks.

any suggestions on why this is happening.
