Engine error code P1130

Took the boat out today and about 30 mins in got an error light and engine code P1130. Anyone else run into this one...? From what I can tell it's an oxygen sensor on the ECM; Lambda Sensor fault upstreams of catalyst - open line.

Motors seemed to run fine but didn't push them much either...

Same happened to me just yesterday. Out for a couple of hours with no problems, for the first run of the year, took an hour break, and went back out. P1130 popped 10 minutes later. Droped it at the dealer today.
It's a 2016 203 vr, i purchased used, last summer, with 60 hours on it. I'll be back with the resolution later.
