I just picked up a 1994 Euroline Cyclone, this will be a winter barn project. Can anyone point me in the right direction to acquire a shop service manual? Any help is appreciated.
Sorry but I no longer have the shop manual for the 1997 euro line cyclone that I had. It had a 175 hp sport jet and pump. My understanding is that the 175 through 250 hp sportjets are based in the same block and shared the same pump.
the120 hp sports jets are a little different but like the other motors they were used in different boat brands like seadoo, sugar sand, Baja, master craft etc. so find the manual for those boats and the it should be the same at least engine wise.
as far as boat specific features. My cyclone had two worthy of note here. 1. To activate the choke, i had to push in the ignition key while or before i turned it. 2. To disengage the forward/reverse bucket (so I could rev the engine or get it to idle high without moving) I had to pull the mushroom shaped button mounted to the base of the throttle arm.
finally if you are having fuel delivery problems check the carbs to see if they need to rebuilt. Look closely at the needles, mine were delaminating.
