Cruising thru Kajiji in Canada here eh?...

Saw these units... wow... can't be that easy to winterize.

Everyday. I live on the Missouri river and some smaller rivers....I see those boats going thru 4 inches of water all the time.

I have seen a lot of those in Alaska and some in the swampy areas here in South Carolina. They are nothing more than a regular outboard with a jet pump foot instead of a prop and winterization would be the same as any outboard.

Mercury still offers them I think.

Those have been around for a long time, very popular in rivers with lots of rocks and shallow water.

Same here, seen a lot up here in AK.

Our rescue boat for the Chatahoochie river is a jet outboard.

One of the guys I work with had one on his old boat. Used it on the Wabash river here in central Indiana.
