Can anyone quote this scene??? One of the greatest scenes in movies!!!!
image.jpeg

Something along the line of "he pulls a knife, you pull a gun, he puts one of your guys in the hospital you put one of their in the morgue...thats the Chicago Way."

... that's how you get Capone."

finished it for you @Julian

Doesn't have the same tone without the thick accent!

" Well, the Lord hates a quitter"

Maybe one of the best creepy scenes ever...

@AndyD good call, one of my FAV movies of all time but for a single scene ... got to go with this one:

The Roy Batty "Tears in rain" soliloquy from Blade Runner

So many scenes from The Holy Grail that I love!!!!

"If I went around saying I was king just because some moistened bint lobed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!"

"I'm the black knight, I'm invincible! " "You're a looney!"
"You stay here and make sure he doesn't leave until I come back. " ........ "Ok, we'll stay here."
"So if she weighs the same as a duck, she's made of wood"
"Let me tackle them single handedly" "Yes please....let him tackle us single handedly!"
"What, ridden on a horse?" ........... "Where'd you find the coconuts?"
"Go away you empty headed animal food trough wiper"
"Brave sir Robin ran away, bravely ran away away, when danger reared its ugly head, he bravely turned his tail and fled...."

I have a few favorite "denouement" and humorous scenes.

1. Tristan's revenge on the banyon brothers for killing his wife in "legends of the fall" gets me amped every time!

2. The FINAL courtroom scene in "my cousin vinny" you cant not love this if you're into cars. Also helps, without sounding too chauvinistic, that Marisa Tomei isnt terribly difficult to look at.

3. The boy's speech in "St. Vincent" Bill Murray walks in. Not afraid to admit it, but I teared up and sniffled-I have an uncle just like that.

4. "History of the World" the last supper scene. Mel Brooks is a GENIUS. so you could basically insert any scene from any of his movies, and I would agree. particularly, the Blazing Saddles governor scenes...

"JUDAS! try the malt wine, its terrific!" :D

"gentlemen, we have to protect our phoney baloney jobs!" seems like watching most government footage now. lol

Saw this was on netflix, plan on watching it with my boys soon.... just as soon as I find a shrubbery!

Cadillac of the sky!!!!!

@Peelz good call on the My Cousin Vinny scenes ...

My Fav - Two Yutes:

And for those jetboaters that enjoy wrenching, this is a great performance delivered by Marisa Tomei:
