So where does everyone buy their big fenders for tying up. Tx

I try to stay away from the big boat stores just due to the high cost. I've bought some on Amazon Prime. Not sure what size that you are looking for, but they have a good selection. Craigslist is another place that you can find fenders (some people call them "bumpers"). I've seen some pretty good deals. Most are used, but it's a fender :). As long as it is not nasty. Good luck.

Google. Hop balls. It's a kids toy. But if you have the extra space make great cheap bumpers/fenders

Stow away inflatables.
I got the 1 foot diameter and like 2.5 foot long ones and they rock!

This is what I use, which I believe is the same as what Speedling has. They inflate and are easy to stow.

Walmart, $10 each for the largest ones they carry of a common brand sold at west marine, overtons, etc. one word of warning, you can get them in any color you want as long as it is white

I bought some taylor made blue swirls ones during an overtons sale....I was splurging on the new boat :-)

We use big b fenders from Taylor. They are awesome but not small.

@buckbuck where did you find those..im trying to look for them on line

That pricing is pretty good for four fenders and the hand pump.

I wish I could give you a review based on a great deal of experience. However, about the only time they ever come out is at Shelbyville (once a year outing) and IL river run (once a year outing).
I will say I have had them several years now and they do get squished at Lake Shelbyville. They seem to be well made and have not given me any problems. They inflate/deflate easily and don't take up much room when stowed.
Perhaps those with more raft-up time can chime in and give their opinion.

Are these as durable as standard fenders? Our condo is on a point and it gets a bit rough at times at our dock.
I use the bajeeezus out of them!
Every trip practically as i do the launching and retrieving both truck and boat.
I believe i have 4 years on them? With raft ups on Lake Michigan, Shelbyville, Cedar Lake, Lake Cumberland.
Left them inflated since i bought them essentially but after the first super windy day i put a little bleach and water in the bottom just so when boats are bouncing around they don't blow up and no longer are in line with the boats.
They are huge but we store them up front and it works great because then the kids can jump errrr i mean sit on them.
Too big for pillows but a good size for a little one to stand on and look over the windshield.
Mine have started to rip at where the strap is attached but i doubt anyone on this forum abuses stuff like my kids errrrr i mean me.

They also have a ring on the bottom for sideways mounting but i have never tried it.

I can attest that the Speedling family is a good product research unit.
They are also photogenic. IMG_2327.JPG IMG_8318rev1.jpg IMG_7335.JPG
