Looks amazing!! Congrats! Holy moly you put your truck deep in the water to launch. My rear tires hardly ever get wet when I launch. Once in a blue moon they barely touch the water if it’s low tide.

Noy a steep ramp, with the old 230 just to the wheelwells , the 242se had to go deepper, first time with the 252 , testing the waters

That looks like a nice facility. It’s about 45 mins from my side of town. About a year ago, I submitted an application for membership there, and I think the response I received was that the anticipated waiting list was 10-12 years!!!

You mention rides different from the 242, when you have a moment, can you further elaborate. I think many of us are looking for more hands on impressions from folks who went from a late model 240/242 to the 250/252...

Will make a better comparison when more boats are out on the lake, yesterday was just me an a few wake boats, it was glass but when crossing the wakes of other boats i didnt hear the tower rattle like on the 242, it felt solid on the 252, the engine noise felt quiter and deeper tone than on the 242. Quick to plane too mind you i only brought it to 30 mph and different rpm setting as i was just trying to put hrs on it. Deffinitly feel bigger and widsr too.

yes fits better than on the 242se

Alright so i didnt want the bow to get scratched from the anchor chain, i was able to find and chain sleeve.
Looks great and give a bit of grip too.

Also today i was able to route the wiring for speakers and rgb thru the tower, what a pita, way easier on the 242lse. Since the tower on the 252 is completly different i installed the jl8.8 on the first pipe from the back unlike on the old 242, the front pipe hang right over my head when siyyinh on the helm. The wiring was routed on the fron tube then crossove to the rear using the x members where the tower light are. Then i routed the rgb podt side speakers on the starboard side.
