Weather was a big delay, but finally have a new boathouse. Quite a change. The old one (13x28) was a single slip, narrow and short with a lift with straps. Wasnt much room for anything else. New one (32x32) has a 28 foot slip with a lift cradle with a 6500 lb capacity. Also has 2 single jetski lifts, a 5x10 storage shed and a 10x16 sitting area, fish cleaning station and a swing pole. Cant wait for summer!!!! Here a a few pics of old vs new!

Da,da,da,da,damn! That is awesome!!!!!!!!! I love it. Looks great. WOW!

Love the swing rope too.

Very nice

@captras looks great!!

Off topic: I used to love your signature pic of your old I/O parked next to your current boat. What a difference!

We still have our ‘92 Celebrity 190, but my SX210 is already traded. Picking up my 242 next week. I really wish I could have gotten all 3 of them lined up in a row to see the progression. :)

Can't go wrong with a "Pepsi rope". Nice.

Thanks....I thought it showed quite a new vs old contrast. It was a great boat....gave us 18 years of fun.....sunk alot of money into it....but that is BOAT :) I do LOVE my Yamaha though....it needed a new home!

Man, that is AWESOME. And to think, I'd have been ecstatic with the old one - lol.

She's a beaut Clark! Congrats! If we could live on a lake that would be the kind of setup I'd have.

Looks great! Super envious of you guys living the dream on the water with your own slip.

I just fulfilled my dream of owning a boat. Darn you, now I have a new dream!

Very nice!

Never quit dreaming...you will have that 8000 sq ft house on the lake at some point.

with those Lanier prices, I'm not sure haha

What a difference. What size beam did you use for the swing?

Looks like a helluva setup. The old wasn't bad, but the new is amazing. What a neat space to hang out and enjoy being on the water.

Is this on Lake Livingston in TX?

Its a HUGE difference. The old boathouse was on 6x6 piers. The new one on 16 8x8x28 piers, some driven in as much as 10' into the bottom and sitting in 10' of water. The swing pole is a 6x6
