We finally took delivery of our new 242x e yesterday! Spent a little over an hour in the shop going over things and then had it launched near our house. Spent a few hours breaking the engines in. What a blast!

The day started off cloudy and cool (mid 50's) but by the time we finally docked the boat it was perfect, mid 70's and sunny. The only downside is that after forgetting any sunscreen today my face looks a bit like a tomato...

Congratulations @Renod . This is just the start of a fun summer your family will have.

But don't forget the sunscreen next time, huh? I stick several cans of it in the boat.

Congratulations! More fun to come!

50s huh? It was a crazy 103 here already. Pouring water on the carpets too keep them cool. Enjoy the boat

@Renod Conrats on getting the new ride out....you picked the best boat of the line up (not that I'm biased or anything!)

Thanks to all. I look forward to (more?) sunscreen and cooling down the carpets. Our first 2-3 hours provided a ton of memories, can't wait for the next 200-300 hours...
