Well, we got the Yamaha in last weekend, so it was time to enjoy the last few days of spring crappie season.

Our bay warms up faster than the rest of the lake, so the crappie, bass, panfish and walleye tend to school up in there. Most of it is anchor fishing, so we tied up and enjoyed the swimdeck for some luxury fishing. We caught mostly small males and a few largemouth. But it was obvious that the big females had spawned out and moved back out to the main lake.

Good times in some warmer MN weather!
