Boat market in MI just got "hot!" But also, that sucks......

Gotta wonder it was unintentional, a dumb mistake, or someone didn't want to make those winter payments...... Seems to be a bit of a trend with boats, marina's and storage burning up around here.

I mean, for winter storage people top of their gas tanks, then everything goes into an enclosed area. Sounds like an insurance nightmare.

That's crazy. Thanks for sending that link. Total loss. That's just going to be more people looking for boats up north this spring.

@DaytonFlyer1068 Maybe, but if the Vaccine rolls out in mass, and it works and everyone starts doing what they would typically do, I think the market will bottom out and there maybe a lot of people offing boats and a lot of people who are stuck upside down with all of these MSRP ++, zero down deals. Wouldn't surprise me to see some more weird things occur. Too many boat and marina's fire's around here this year, seems odd.

@HangOutdoors Agreed. It's amazing how much things can change in only six months. Nobody really knows what June will bring at this point.
