My wife caught her first fish this year, tonight. We took the dinghy out to the Burlington Breakwater. I ran the motor and wanted her to cast. 7:40pm, casting towards the rocks she caught this nice little brown trout then released. Caught on a perch color crankbait. Active little fish.
Happy for her to catch one of these that I have never caught. I believe it was recently stocked.

Ours was a walleye
Lake Erie requirement. Hold it to the sun, if you can’t see thru it, over the rail and in the pale. That’s a good eater there!
