Fisherman Sues After Crash

I just read that article earlier on Boats UNfiltered. Those people are lucky they were paying attention. So many times we get wrapped up in what we're doing or saying, or cleaning up that we dont look around us while on the water. Good reminder to keep your head up.
 
Guy said he couldnt see cause he was sitting down.
He uses a scooter on land. Thats one 75 year old that should stick to his scooter and leave the driving of a 31 foot boat to his son in law.

Way to fast for a handicapped man, whose reflexes are probably not up to par
