Florida Lobster Season

Is anyone going to do MINI season or Regular season for lobster ?
Where do you like to go ? Keys or East coast ?

I'm going to Key West Aug 5th. Went last year for the first time. We did OK.
It was lots of fun. But I need to figure out more places to find those little critters.

If I wasn't in class I'd be doing Mini Season. I usually can limit out every dive during regular season also on the East Coast but on tanks in 80-100' water

As I understand the regs - you can take lobsters anyplace not bordered/outlined in yellow on those maps.

I actually have a long weekend on 6AUG, maybe ill meet you down there @tim h !

I've been keeping a watch on them near my house - I see TONS of bugs under each and every rock that I float over.

Whale Harbor seafood buffet just reopened in islamorada.... I've been dying since it burned down a few years ago. Mmmmmm
