Flushing...water afterwards ?

I am not sure if this is normal or not....

Flushing motors..

turn motors on
turn water on, and flush
turn water off
turn motors off...

I flush with salt away and do 5-8 minutes per motor...

Odd thing I have seen and maybe this is normal... if I come back a day or two later and turn the motors on... i usually give a WOT and water all kinds of water shoots out... is this normal or no ?

You can never get all the water out of the water box under the swim platform so this is normal. I would urge you not to go WOT out of the water. It is not necessary and could cause bad things to happen to the engines. Just a few mid throttle blips is all that is needed.

I just wasnt sure... ive always been told to do a couple wot bursts while flushing....

i wasnt sure if this is normal that water will come out after i start up before i leave for the dock....

I wouldn't do WOT bursts but little quick 3k bursts. You'll never get all the water out though as said.

Totally normal. BTW when you flush you should flush a few minutes on fresh water only THEN switch over to the salt-a-way until the solution turns watery but still blue. (Don't run it totally clear) Do a few low rpm blips then shut her down. Flushing this way will keep a solution of salt-a-way inside of your motors cooling jackets where it protects and continues to break the salt down.

I never do WOT blasts and I've never had trouble, even over the winter. As said above, you'll never get all of the water out. My SeaDoos (2 stroke and 4) were the same as well.
