Has anyone installed a handle or other at the front of their boat to make the front ladder easier to use? The ladder has a handle at the top but it would be so much easier if there was an additional hold point further to the interior of the boat.

In four years we've used that ladder like twice. I'm not sure if a handle would be storable.
