Took a look down the deck drain on my recent purchase. found some FOD blocking the drain..
Over to HF first.

Once you get the drain hose cleaned out, just use a hose with a rag as a gasket to flush your scupper drains periodically. I flush mine every 3 or so months or anytime these seem to be draining slower than normal.
