I decided to go with a wired unit so I don’t need this anymore. IT was installed/wired a few days ago but never made it to the water. I also tested it and it works. The drain plug is not a plug in replacement for the stock drain plug for the 242 ls you may need an adapter to install it in your boat. I have never powered it up, just bought it and put it on a shelf. $25 plus actual shipping from 94587. I paid $50 for it from Crutchfield before last Xmas, Crutchfield is currently out of stock. I don’t remember what I paid for the LED drain plug so I’m basically including it for free (I am sure I did not get it for free).
