The title pretty much says it all, but I got a #GoPro for Father's Day and now I'd like to get your ideas on mounting and using it.

First example...would like to have a first person view from tubing, surfing etc. I assume a helmet is the best approach? What helmets are people using?

How about stick attachments? What are the best cost effective ideas?

Suction cup mount seems like it would be a basic need....then you could mount to any flat surface...??

Got a surf board mount (stick on) - but probably could have just used a suction cup mount? (my wife bought a kit online from NewEgg (this kit) but they missing shipping the stick "mono pod"

Congrats! I too got a GoPro for Father's Day. And I'm digging the case @andy07sx230ho had. Looking into one as well.

I use a magnetic mount and just silicon a steel plate to anything that's not metal; On my toys so I can easily grab the camera and do a selfi, or pan around then return it to a safe mount on the fly.
The only underwater stuff I've done was with a almost neutral buoyancy float,, on fishing line to catch cliff diving

I use the roll bar mount on the tower of the boat. I also have a chesty mount that I haven't used yet but plan on putting it on someone when they wakeboard!

I just bought a GoPro 3+ Black and am lo0king into nice kits. I like both of the options above. I bought the floaty back door and the roll bar mount. Looking for the suction cup mount.
