It is snowing right now in Maine. This is the latest snowfall that I can remember. Anyone down south want a house guest with a new boat? Ok I jest on the house guest part but darn I can't wait for it to warm up.

ouch...Sunny and 87 here today in Georgia (not trying to rub it in!;))

I lived up north until.......until.....

I realized I was free to leave!:winkingthumbsup"

I feel your pain❄️❄️❄️

Shhhhhh! Don't tell 'em....... the word is spreading and it's getting crowded down here.

Crowded? Plenty of room in west Texas...

We have snow in the Sierra foothills right now, the latest the ski resorts have been open in years, they normally close around April 1st but some are publishing that they may be able to stay open to and or through June. In the SF Bay Area it's been mostly sunny but the water is still way to cold for most people, myself included, to get in it. I can't wait for boating season either, been driveway boating a few times already this year and hate it more than ever.

After a nice easy winter... and a very nice March... April has absolutely sucked!...

Glad to see others out using their boats and enjoying... I watch jet boat user videos all winter... now I'm ready for the real thing.

The plan is to move in less than 2 years. Waiting for our oldest to graduate high school. I am trying to convince my wife on Provo UT but she has heard that caual drinking is frowned upon by many there and she really likes her "liquid therapy" hanging out with her girl friends drinking wine/cocktails (I like craft beer and whiskey as well). She also wants driving distance to the ocean. I like the idea of being close to skiing, boating, and good road/mountain biking weather. Looking like she will win and it will be somewhere in VA, NC, or SC. Preferably somewhere where can find a year round lake home and still be close to a commercial airport. Any suggestions?

I understand your pain !!
I served a 38 year sentence in New Hampshire.......I never complained about winter and loved the cold.......but come April....AND MAY!!!!! it just needs to stop !!

I had to talk my brother off the cliff last night.......

We love Raleigh....2 hours to the beach, 3-4 hours to the mountains. Wife not so happy about the heat and humidity in the summer....but that is the same for all the mid atlantic states unless you are on the ocean or really close! I just tell her....lets go out on the boat then!

Going to Tulloch this sunday, forcast is 89 at the house, 84 at the lake..

No snow for us up north but still cold, at least we have the sun and the grass telling us that summer is not too far away.

@Mainah portland or! An hour a way from the Pacific Ocean, an hour a way from mt hood, an hour a way from windsurfing in the gorge and all the craft beer you can handle!

If you hadn't bought a new boat, it wouldn't be snowing. Completely your fault.
