GPS-Fishfinder Recomendation

So far I found this for less than $400 and would like to know what you guys are using? I'll be using it for inland lakes and would like to stay under $500.

Pros and cons of my install
Pros:
Works at any speed including reverse (this is due to my install location)
Has water temp, depth, and speed all in an easy to read location
Mapping of the bottom is very detailed
Charterplotter with bread crums seems to work well but I haven't used it extensively due to the complexity of some of the menus.

Cons:
GPS link up is slow
Bezel/non-screen area is large compare to screen and buttons
Using more than the basic features requires some manual memorization as it's not super intuitive

I have a garmin echomap 50dv and its been great... Perfect size to mount just in front of the factory tach.
