This grease cert has a hose that goes to pump.
I have never put grease in here before
Should I put grease in it?
what kind?
How do I know I put enough?
How often should I be doing this?
Btw I have had the boat for 3 years and have never put grease in it. I can’t believe I missed this!!

I believe that you are referring to the intermediate bearing housing. If so once a year is sufficient with only a few pumps. Overgreasing can blow out the seal and can cause a water leak.
But a picture would be nice to make sure what you are talking about
