Was shocked to find Falls Lake empty when we got there are 11am....must have been because it was raining early in the morning....frightened poeple off initially. It did get busier later in the afternoon, but still not the usual holiday weekend busy!

I hope to get my kids wakeboarding soon. They seem fearful for some reason. When I was their age I would try anything, and I did! We will see...

Mine was scared the first time, now she loves it. Just be sure to go slow the first few times (14-15 mph). Nothing worse than them catching a leading edge at 18-20+ one of their first times out (perfect pass is a godsend in this regard)
