I have been using these for several years now. In my own opinion, they are the best that I have seen. They work great. @txav8r saw them at Broken Bow Lake this past weekend and wanted information on them. So, in case someone else was interested too, I am putting the information on here.
They are made by Tie Boss. They are the 1/4 inch ones.

I bent the hook that attaches to the fender so that it can't come off. I usually attach the other hook to my bimini, or a cleat, or a grab rail. This product includes the tool and the rope. I don't use any fender lines any more. I only use these. They stay attached to my fenders since the one hook is bent onto the fender.
