I love light anchor system:
I am using for my Scarab 165 (16 feet jet boat) , a LFX Aluminum Fluke Anchors and rope with lead inside (no chain).
Very easy to use and high efficiency in the mud or sand.
I do recommend this solution, not the cheapest but it last long time..

Not trying to crumb on your set up, I’d add at least 10’ of 5/16” Stainless Steel chain to the anchor, 16’ would be better. A friend of mine recently had a bad day at a sandy bottom lake when a storm blew in and he could not get his aluminum fortress fluke anchor to bite and really messed up his back trying to keep his boat off of the beach.

The best will be to have both  , no doubt a long chain is the best .....depending your navigation .
My area is never deep as could be some lakes, reason I have a jet boat :)
