Hard Starting and Rough Idle

My boat is hard starting and idling rough on the starboard engine. The port engine is turning over but very hard starting. Any ideas what the issue could be? Spark plugs?

It’s a 2008 AR230 with twin HO MR-1s.

Just put 28 gallons in it. It’s used at least once a week so the other gas in it has been cycled through it recently

Have you ever run any injector cleaner through it? If not pick up some Techron marine fuel system injector cleaner and run through it. I try to do that at least twice a season.
