Having a lot of issues with my Jetboat and I had it for at least four months first issue the screen went out the dealer replace it them after the first use of the boat the rubber inside for the windshield keeps bubbling up and they have change it at least three times and continue looking terrible no another issue started coming now, there’s been a lot of cracking inside and outside the boat for 2020, I believe that shouldn’t happen the dealer tells me that that’s normal, Now has an issue with acceleration it doesn’t pass 27 miles about the runs 50 the dealer send me some pictures and said that supposedly is suck something but I never stopped it for the boat never had no tapping noise or vibration around perfectly fine the only thing it wouldn’t go past 27 miles ,Now has an issue with acceleration it doesn’t pass 27 miles about the runs 50 the dealer sent me some pictures and said that supposedly has sucked something but I never stopped it for the boat never had no tapping noise or vibration around perfectly fine the only thing it wouldn’t go past 27 miles ,Please let me know what you guys think I will appreciate what I should doE7497100-D1E4-42F3-A1C5-33259C3218AE.jpeg2783CDA1-500A-4C1A-95BD-55DCA7D5B715.jpegADF829CB-84C2-4419-87AA-D036CCB2527C.jpeg897C22F6-63D0-424E-9255-B2CDDF712965.jpeg380A019D-2A2D-4C1E-A49C-2B9A12EA56AF.jpeg8C7F5870-958F-4A36-9251-F43D646573FA.jpegC52F86F9-2610-450E-8F9B-938035C0941C.jpeg280815AC-F890-42D7-A05C-8719559FB3A7.jpeg09BC7ACA-0D98-412D-914B-10B386954B35.jpeg73E51770-402D-4C7F-9A13-B96E9D6A15A8.jpeg15467439-C49B-4009-B4EF-6BAA651B6BD5.jpegAD91E059-6D4F-4694-B88A-CBE0CA242E08.jpeg6C904891-E578-41F9-B07A-8360318F06AB.jpeg9F247244-0CEC-4616-BC11-DF9B95EC027A.jpeg27FBE6C8-FCAE-400F-9AC3-AE1DC46C291F.jpeg

Man what happened to that impeller? Looks pretty dinged up Also that blue tape shouldn't be there

The blue tape the dealer just put it in there I don’t know why but the impala I saw it and it’s not bad or beat up and it never was making a rattling noise

after I looked better, looks like that's just grease on the impeller. Sorry maybe someone else will chime in.

Top speed should be upper 30’s mph for 2020 AR190 by what I have been reading. What was your top speed prior to the 27 mph that you have now? The dealer should be able to help. How many hours on the boat?

top speed is 50 1.8 supercharged motor

It's hard to tell from the picture but it looks like there's some severe wear on the wear ring, like something was jammed in there for quite a while. What was the top rpm at 27mph? There is scoring and blueing on the edge of the impeller as well. Vibrations over a long period of time certainly could have caused cracks and wear near the engine bay. There's value in doing the before and after inspections as detailed in the owners manual. I'm guessing the black sharpie points to some sort of damage?

If the dealer can point to an object getting lodged in the impeller, you might have a case for your insurance company. Did they find anything stuck in there?

The gel coat spider cracks is not normal for a new boat. Is it all near the engine? If so, maybe there's some fitment issues with the hatch causing excess stress or something causing severe vibrations.

If the cracks are elsewhere, Is the boat trailed, stored on a lift or dry stacked? My guess would be that it's the result of severe stress (big waves at high speed) or a hull assembly mistake that leaves it too flexible.Another possibility is an accident while moving the boat on an lift but usually there would be external damage or signs of gel coat repair.

I would ask for warranty work to repair the gel coat FOR SURE. Have them set it up for off season though.

That’s what I told them but they Went out of the way and did it now I’ve been now without a boat for four weeks And they’re telling me that that’s normal what you think

The cracks are near the seats and In front of the boat On the hatch every time somebody cleans in and out of the boat the fiberglass is so sharp that is eating up the fiberglass when it closes that’s why they put those little rover insults on it in the boat it’s in a trailer and it’s stored in my garage I ran the boat 27 miles and it was roughly around 5000 RPMs I never thought no babe rations or the impeller never got stuck I never found something inside the propeller or the dealer show me that I have a lemon when it first happened I thought it was the plugs and I went out of my way and change them and on cylinder three the plug was corroded

I haven't seen any on my 2020 212S and would be PISSED if a new boat had cracks all over the gel coat.

Tell me about it and then the dealer report smooth about it saying that that’s normal

Was this a new boat or a used boat? How many hours on the meter when you bought it? Maybe check with Yamaha if you are the original registered owner?

Right now The boat has 30 hours I bought the boat with 0 hours out the dealer for months ago and I am the original registered owner

The wear ring has a lot of damage and so does the impeller. I can't see how you'd get that kind of damage without sucking something up. If so the warranty isn't going to cover that.

Also, it's hard to tell from some pics but it looks like you might have a lot of corrosion? Do you leave the boat in salt water? Are you flushing it and cleaning it after every use? It looks kind of rough for a brand new boat.

It’s kept in the garage and we clean it after every use and use that cleaner salt away To flush it
