Hello Georgia!

After a long wait, we're set to pick up our 2022 AR250 Thursday morning. Maiden voyage is set for Thursday afternoon.

:)

Congrats, used to live close to you by smyrna powder springs, rd. Are you storing it in Allatoona?

Thank you. We're very excited.

We found an off-lake facility that caters to boats and RVs in Woodstock that's a pretty quick ride to Allatoona.

Congrats @King
Hello fellow GA folks! I'm at a wet slip at Port Royale in Lanier. In a couple of weeks I'll have my first ever trailer trip to Lake Hartwell

Congrats from a fellow Dawg, over here on the Coast. Looks like Thursday will be a great day!:winkingthumbsup" Gonna be raining its ass of here in Slovannah this weekend.

After a 4 year midwest excursion, we are finally back in GA. I used to boat on Allatoona year round - as long as water levels allowed. Usually put in at Little River or Fields Landing.
Now we're using Lanier for short trips with our bowrider, and we keep our cruiser on Hartwell.
Congrats on the new boat!

Welcome! We are usually out on Allatoona. Pull the boys behind our little 195s for a while in the morning and then we can be found with the anchor out and the grill going in Illinois Creek.

We were out on Lanier today to see some friends, but plan to be back out in our regular spot cone
Next weekend.

feel free to wave us down if you’re in the area and see a grey/burgundy 195s with a Blackbeard Flag!

The wife and I were able to get out on the lake yesterday and found Illinois Creek. The water was a bit lower than the photos you posted, and it was a lot less busy but, there were a couple of boats there and it was very nice. Set a marker for it and will be back for sure! Thank you for the heads up on it.

Hello, We had our's slipped in a marina so we could go out easily and quickly. We had her there for about 4 years and then bought a lake house on Hartwell with a slip and put in a lift. It was great. Now that we are back we are starting to look around again for a lake house. Had a lot of kids that learned how to wakeboard and ski on Allatoona!

So far we've been on Allatoona every time we've gone out. Launching from the Kellogg Creek ramp. Had a pretty easy time of it each time, no issues. Branching out this weekend though. Making a four-day weekend of it and getting a cabin with a wet slip on Carters lake. Not nearly as big as Toona. But, it should be a good time none the less.

Carters Lake is nice. You should have much better luck there fishing if you like to do that.

We were planning on bringing the fishing stuff on this trip. Not a huge fisherman but, I do enjoy it. Several coworkers have been telling me about the Walleye population on Carters lake. Going to give it a shot. Fish or no fish, it'll be a day on the lake. :)

Going to be a great day on Lake Lanier today.
