Hi,
I'm Michael from Seattle, WA. I just got a new 2020 Yamaha 242X earlier this month. So far I'm loving it! I find it to be easy to maneuver and dock so far. I posted a few things I've done in the "what did you do to your boat today" thread - https://jetboaters.net/threads/what-did-you-do-to-your-boat-today.20703/page-12

Previous to this I had a Chaparral stern drive boat. The tow vehicle that I've used for the last several years is a 2014 BMW X5 XDrive50i. It has ~445 HP and 480 foot-pounds of torque. I also have the Stealth Hitch system. The vehicle is rated at 7700 \ 600 pounds for towing capacity and tongue weight. I only tow a few times a year. The rest of the time it is dry stacked on Lake Union in Seattle, WA.

I've read so much great info and tips and tricks here. Thanks!

Welcome Aboard, Congratulations.

Beautiful boat, congratulations!

Nice boat, we’re just north of you in Snohomish!

Welcome, great looking boat and tow rig. My favorite combination. Been looking at X5’s (not new to me) but waiting to find the right trim with the right options and color combo since I don't like to buy bimmers new. Enjoy the summer on an awesome boat!
