Hello Lectrotab??

Just curious if this is normal. Finally decided to order the trim tabs from lectrotab as everyone that has them says how great they are and that its a great company. I ordered a week ago and received an email about the order and that's it. Emailed twice with just a couple pre-install questions about hardware, wire etc etc and got nothing. Still no info about shipping either. Little concerned about this if there is a problem down the road and no one replies. I understand with covid and what-not which is why a waited a week for a reply. I will say Russ was great on the phone when I called to order and gave me a great deal as a forum member.
