Hello everyone, just purchased my first Yamaha jet boat, 09 232 Limited S.

Been looking to upgrade from a 21ft '94 Larson inboard boat, (by the way great boat) loved it had her for well over 8 years, a little over a year ago I attended the local boat show, with intentions on purchasing a newer pre-owned Regal 220 or SeaRay 242 somehow I ended up on the Yamaha show room and thats how I became intrigued with the Yamaha brand.

Well 14 months later started my journey and started looking for the perfect boat, did not want anything smaller then 23ft and had my mind set on a AR230, well 3 months later found a 09 232 Limited S with only 18 hours on the motors, with every option that I could ever wish for!

And now we can't wait to take her out in the lake. So far other then testing her before I purchased her we only had her out one time (water was still a little to chilly)

Carlos.

:Welcome:Carlos!
Nice find! An 09 with only eighteen hours? Wow! I'm sure that the new boat is a BIG change from your Larson.
Now, the next step is you post pictures and we start telling you all the modification$ you need to make! :)
PS: you might want to update your profile with location and see who's nearby.

I'll tell you guys one thing this forum has helped me with my purchase, I knew exactly what to look for.

And yes I really lucked out on this find, previews owner had all records for all maintenance on this boat, and I could not pass this deal up, spent a little more then I wanted to but boat looks brand new!

Pics coming soon!

We can't catch a break from the weather down here in Houston TX, it has been raining just about every week-end.

As far as mods so far just installed fins Cobra Venom "Ultimate"

Congrats on your great boat @Crlos16 . That's gotta be a record on this forum if you divide the hours/year on a used boat purchase. What lake do you boat in? I'm up in Lake Conroe. Have you ever boated in the Galveston area? I'm thinking of exploring down there one day, but I don't know the water, and the last thing I want to do is skim over an oyster reef.

That's awesome. Glad you're enjoying it already.

I also boat in lake Conroe, been to other lakes around Texas but not far south to Galveston.

Man what Conroe busy yesterday! Wow..... I actually want to visit lake Livingston, but I don know that lake.

I've heard that Livingston is the best lake near Houston.

That is a really great find. Congratulations.
