Help! 255FSH trolling motor access

Hey folks- stupid question… how in the heck do I reach the underside of my deck (beneath trolling motor mount) whereby I can tighten a locknut?? Does that front black speaker panel just pop out somehow? It’s a new boat so I’m hesitant to pull too hard. I unscrewed the speaker and cup holder… now do I just tug on it? I’m assuming this is the only way I can access the underside of the deck… cuz I can’t thread my arm up through that forward locker!! Help!

Problem solved - another member helped me out. 4 nuts to loosen from the backside and the panel comes right off.
