Need help with my 06 SX230HO one of my motors sound stuck today very frustrating "" when checked oil on one engine that turns on it was low . the engine that did not turn on with loud bang smells like gas.. any Ideas what I should to start to repair this engine

Check to see if your pump is locked up, also pull the plugs and look for a stuck fuel injector filling a cylinder with gas.

Check the oil in the engine that did not start and make sure there is no gas mixed into it. Gas in oil will point to a stuck fuel injector or bad ECU.

Hope we can help! Welcome aboard.

Welcome Aboard @Humberto. I created a new thread with your post and Jeff's reply so that members can reply specifically to your issues.

I have been fortunate not to have any problems with MR1 engines so I lacl experience in this area.

Here are a few questions that might help with getting you some assistance;

Have you checked the spark plugs? How do the tips look? Do they smell like oil or gas?

Has the boat ran recently?

Has the boat been towed in the water?

When was the oil changed last?

Pulling the lanyard will allow you to crank the engines without the plugs sparking.

Have you checked the jets to make sure nothing is stuck in them?

Tell us more about moving this wire harness.... Why? Which harness?
