To me this would be my perfect Yammi, a Frankenstein of all the things i like about the older and newer boats and some of my (I think kewl) mods and OEM offered add ons
First off I want twin whisper quite 250 hp outboard motor blocks backed up to some 200 mm or better jet pumps stuffed in the enging compartment of a 212
2. the pointed bow like the 2009 232 limited S

comparison4-jpg.56

3 a lower step thru from the stern to the seating area, like @PEARCE boat, and a little wider. I cant find any pictures to show what I'm talking about, but im sure some will know what i am
4 a big stern platform like the 2015 limited S that would set lower to the water
5 an OEM access door for the drivers helm side thats on the 24 footers
6 twin lower and more adjustable captain chair from a 2015 limited S, the passenger chair on my 2012 SX 210 sits way to high, i look over the wind shield with it all the way down.
7 hinged seat cushions through out
8 forward swept one piece powered tower
9 full array gauges, oil press, water press, oil temp, eng temp, gal per hour, gps speed, ect
10 powered engine access hatch
11 super quite engine sound damping package
12 storage behind seat cushions on the stern like the 2015 limited S
13 deeper wet storage
14 powered anchor windless
15 blue LED package (some of this is made up, but still want it to be OEM) including cup holders and underwater lighting
16 OEM throttle sync
17 adjustable nozzles (up and down)
18 sport windshield like the 2008-2009 212 ss tinted
19 75 - 100 gal fuel tank
20 and finally a mix of black, blue and light gray color scheme
Im sure you guys can help me out on this with some more really cool ideas
Lets hear em

Don't forget the e-series fly by wire but must have quicker reverse

Trimming the nozzles up and down seems like it would be easy to implement and add so much to the boats!

All for $35K

  1. Built in garbage can
  2. Solar Panels for battery charging
  3. 3000lbs of ballast stock that fills and empties fast
  4. surf gate that switches from side to side
  5. Launch and speed controls
  6. Built in grill mount and accompanying grill
  7. Fridge
  8. Seats that rotate all the way around with only ONE touch of a handle (and they raise and lower)
  9. PA system with EQ

Use the reverse bucket thats on the Jet skis for better back up ability

Trim tabs with auto-adjust...

And, @Wayloncle , if we could get it for $29,990, that would be better. That is the problem with dream boats. They don't come with dream prices...

Trim tabs with auto-adjust

I believe that the ability to trim the Jets would do away with any need for trim tabs. It also would allow surfers to push the jet wash under the wake while pushing down on the bow which should lengthen the wake.

I thought of that. But then I also thought (perhaps wrongly?), a) trim tabs might be more effective in some situations, as they are positioned differently, for example they are positioned farther toward the sides of the boat, so have more effect when wanting to trim asymmetrically (like for unbalanced load) and b) the trim tabs are more likely to have the auto function.

However, I fully agree the jet trim would very effectively push the bow down to get on plane and ride better on heavy seas.

Your thoughts?

Ok I am going a bit off the reservation but Inflatable bow and helm cover that will allow use to convert our boats into cuddy's for overnights

I do not believe that I would have trim tabs if I could trim the jets. Trim tabs at the outer edges would have a greater ability to trim the boat side to side to handle an unbalanced load but I believe the jets are far enough apart that they could handle most imbalances.

Trimming the jet is common on jet skis so it should be easy to implement on boats.

A huge step up from this would be a 360 degree thrust vectoring nozzle. I feel that such a nozzle would need to be electronically controlled but just imagine the joystick docking ability! You would need one pivot and one axis to achieve this so not much different than the two pivots required for steering and trim.

How about a Bimini top that houses a 70" Flat Screen TV!:winkingthumbsup"

I would love a variable trim nozzle. The VTS system on my seadoo xp was great!

Bow mounted 50mm water balloon launcher
Sotally Tober stripper pole
Automatic washing/waxing service...done by strippers....after they are done with the obligatory pole dance,,,

Just a few small ideas....

Hmmm... Why do I not envision that coming to a store near me? Hmmmm....

How about a 242SS with your motor and pumps @Jebinok
Or maybe 2 350s.
