Hiya boys and girls -

I'm so excited to see this board! Similar to others, I had gotten tired of the nonsense on the other board - I'll leave it at that. The guys I really looked forward to communicating with and getting advice from are already on this new board, so that is excellent news. I haven't been banned from the old board (yet) but we'll see!

For those of you on here who don't know me:

I live in Charleston, SC area with my four boys (includes husband). My sons are 12, 10, and 8 - by the end of March they will be 12, 11, and 9. We all love to boat! The middle guy just got up on skis last year for the first time and was very excited! Our boat is an '09 232 Limited named Chaos Cubed (for obvious reasons).

We primarily boat on the intercoastal waterway, and in Charleston harbor and rivers that surround the area.
If anyone is ever in my neck of the woods, look me up. Julian - I loved that thread we had started on the other board where we posted pics if we ever got together with other members - on the water or off. Speaking of which, I know Mel is on here already (hey TXAV8R!) but we need to go get Bill. Can't be on here without the Cajun.

Things I'd like to do this year: sound dampening, remove stickers, get grown-up skis.

Can't wait to get the boat detailed and in the water - shoul be by mid-March!

Flew USAir today for the first time since the merger. They claimed all status would move over without a hitch. Not quite...but not their fault either. My office uses Concur, and has my United # in it, so when they booked USair for me they put in my United # (where I have no status) rather than my AA# where I'm Platinum.....but a quick call when I saw I'd been moved to the back of the bus....and all was set straight!
