So where are the nicest waters in Florida.. So far our favorite and go to is DESTIN, FL..whenever we want to leave ST. AUGUSTINE, FL around here mantanzas inlet and rattle snake island is the go to spot. Waters north of that are nasty, anything north of St. Aug inlet.

St pete by far is the nicest
options closer to you would be disapperaing island which 15 min south of daytona - Ponce Inlet

Welcome from the SunCoast, have to agree with @Benny Sibbitt St Pete/Clearwater is nice, if you make it down this way you have to go out to Egmont Key and swing over to Passage Key for some great water. just be careful around Passage Key (the locals call it Sausage Key) some like to get "nekkit" and strut around...These pics are from Passage Key last week

welcome! I often go out in the clearwater area and three rooker island

passing Captain Memos pirate ship at clearwater beach, then the other two are from three rooker.
