I am looking for anyone who can help me sell a boat in Homer. The boat would have to be sold on consignment as I am in Florida. The boat is a 2008 Hewescraft 220 Ocean Pro 24' with a Yamaha 150hp 4 stroke and a
8hp 4 stroke kicker. Sitting on a tandem Galvanized EZ Loader trailer.DSCN2661.JPG DSCN2662.JPG DSCN2664.JPG DSCN2663.JPG DSCN2667.JPG DSCN2668.JPG DSCN2689.JPG DSCN2661.JPG DSCN2662.JPG DSCN2664.JPG DSCN2663.JPG

That is a very nice boat. Is the kicker motor for trolling?

The kicker can troll but it is mostly set up as a backup. It is tied into the steering, throttle and fuel tank. The boat also has a propane heater installed in the cabin. I have only been on the boat one time and that was back in 2012. The boat belonged to my brother-in-law. Sadly, he was killed 2 weeks ago in Argentina on a 4 month backpacking trip across South America

Sorry about your brother-in-law, that is terrible.

Thanks Bruce, he fell from a cliff and drowned while hiking.

adventures don't always end well, sorry to hear about your loss, I don't have a clue how to help selling it.

Yes, so sorry for your loss. Hopefully, someone up north will chime in and be able to help get the boat sold. Again, such a loss, our condolences.

I have a friend / future neighbor who lives in Kenai which is about an hour and a half to the North. I emailed him. Hopefully he will know someone.

@Zarrella, I emailed two contacts to you.

Guys....Thank you for all the kind words. @Bruce I got your e-mails and will be making some calls. I really appreciate the help. I was hitting a brick wall trying to connect with someone in Homer.
