Is there a limit to the amount of time you can run your engines when hooked up to the hose in the driveway?

Not really. I run mine for ten minutes when either flushing or heating up the engine to check / drain the oil. Just make sure you have good water flow and there is good flow coming out of the little water outlet on the side of the hull you should be fine.
