My boat currently has .3 hours on each engine, is that normal? I'm pretty sure the dealer told me they never had the boat out on the water. I believe I also saw the top speed was 52 mph somewhere in connext? Does it retain the top speed, top RPMs etc?

So if I see 52 mph @ 7800 rpm, should I assume they had to have had the boat out? Should I even follow a break in period if the boat has already seen 52 mph?

If I remember....that is about what mine had on it when I picked it up.

I'm guessing they do some QA before leaving the factory? So I guess we should just follow the break in process as if the .3 hours never happened?

One of the great things about Yamaha jet boats is that the factory water tests every boat before shipping them out to dealers. This .3 hours is right in line with the water test.

Yep. They all get a weather test. .3 how is 18-23 minutes each.
