Here is my version on how to fix the loose grab bar on the starboard side.
One bolt already came loose - so I removed the second one.
I bought 2" threaded bolts and long coupling nuts to replace the OEM - this will make it significantly easier to tighten up. I also used blue Loctite to avoid this problem in the future.
1. Access OEM rear bolt through the horn.
2. Access OEM front bolt through hole in hull - see pictures (its easy to remove the back seat cushion - 3 screws easy to access)
3. Thread 1 bolt into bar using Loctite
4. Align grab bar with holes and thread second bolt using Loctite
5. Add washer and coupling nut and tighten down
The coupling nut allows you to grap on to the nut to make it easier to tighten down. I even placed the wrench sideways to tighten it.
Better than new!!!
