How to free up up stuck tower screws on ar190

2013 Yamaha ar190.

The black handle screws that you remove to lower the tower, the nut screw comes right off but the bolt screw part is stuck in the tower. Is there any tips or tricks to free it up and remove it without having to buy new screws?
