How to stop leaking switches?

The switches on my console allow water into the "changing room". I taped the panel to eliminate it as the source of the leaks. When I spray water on the panel, it ends up in the "changing room". I'm pretty sure the water is coming from the switches. Any suggestions how to stop the switches from leaking?
